Quality policy
| The company has strictly fixed rules, intentions and lines of operation in the sphere of quality management such as:
- Quality of services provided is aimed at satisfaction of clients and parties being concerned, as the company monitors their needs and expectations which are then transformed into services offered in forwarding and logistics.
- By the way of open dialogue with all the employees, the management of the company tries to use personal skills and capabilities of their employees in order to increase quality of executed activities.
- The company tries to achieve better quality and higher effectiveness of work, quality of services provided and last but not least it fulfills legislative rules of the SR as well as those of international contracts and agreements.
Sustained increasing of quality and improvement of services provided have led to implementation of Quality Management System in our company. The Certificate ISO 9001:2000 has been applied in HUDOS s.r.o.company since 2004. In 2005 the company became a holder of the Certificate on transport of dangerous material - SQAS Attestation. The Certificate ISO 9001:2008 has been applied in HUDOS s.r.o.company since 2010.
